Under common law, all companies (other than those which are exempt under the rules of the Companies Act) are required to have their annual accounts audited by a qualified, independent auditor.

TLL Accountants are authorised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to undertake audit work, and currently do so for a diverse range of businesses and charities.

TLL Accountants have gone from strength-to-strength in recent years, attracting several new small and medium sized company audits throughout the North West in a wide range of sectors including property, retail, engineering and agriculture.

The Firm has a very good relationship with its clients and provides an added-value service from audit work by learning about their businesses from top to bottom and being in an excellent position to make practical recommendations for each client's business.

Fees are offered very competitively as the Firm has the benefit of utilising all levels of audit staff that include audit juniors, semi-seniors, seniors, and managers – ecah lead by a partner who will be your dedicated main point of contact.

In terms of compliance work, TLL invest in regular training to ensure all staff are up to date with current law and accounting regulations.

TLL's staff have many years of audit experience enabling them to perform straight forward small company audits right through to medium sized audits and medium sized group audits, including the complexities of consolidated accounts and cash flow statements.
